利用Instron3211型毛细管流变仪和Instron3325型流变力学谱仪研究了棉纤维素/N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物一水合物(NMMO·H_2O)溶液流变性能,讨论了剪切速率、温度和溶液中的纤维素的质量分数对棉纤维素/NMMO·H_2O溶液流变性能的影响,计算了不同质量分数溶液的粘流活化能。     

正交各向异性碳/环氧邻边固支矩形层合板自振频率的近似解

利用能量法近似计算两邻边固支，其他两邻边自由支承的正交各向异性碳／环氧层合板的固有频率，并与实验测试相比较，两者符合的很好。

Cardiolipin, the heart of mitochondrial metabolism

Cardiolipin is a unique phospholipid, which is almost exclusively localized in the mitochondrial inner membrane where it is synthesized from phosphatidylglycerol and cytidinediphosphate-diacylglycerol. After primary synthesis, the mature acyl chain composition of cardiolipin is achieved by at least two remodeling mechanisms. In the mitochondrial membrane cardiolipin plays an important role in energy metabolism, mainly by providing stability for the individual enzymes and enzyme complexes involved in energy production. Moreover, cardiolipin is involved in different stages of the mitochondrial apoptotic process and in mitochondrial membrane dynamics. Cardiolipin alterations have been described in various pathological conditions. Patients suffering from Barth syndrome have an altered cardiolipin homeostasis caused by a primary deficiency in cardiolipin remodeling. Alterations in cardiolipin content or composition have also been reported in more frequent diseases such as diabetes and heart failure. In this review we provide an overview of cardiolipin metabolism, function and its role in different pathological states. 本文由均匀气隙旋转电机的气隙电磁场精确解出发,详细地分析了由定、转子自感和互感所引起的有功能流、无功能流和磁埸贮能.指出各方向能流和磁場贮能在功率的流传和转换过程中的平衡关系。并由磁埸能量推导出定子绕组自感、转子绕组自感以及定转子绕组间互感的精确表达式。在一定的简化条件下,由这些表达式所得出的近似电感公式,与常用的电机设计公式完全一致。     

钢包调度仿真软件包的设计与实现

钢包的优化配备对于钢铁生产过程中的节能，降耗起着重要的作用。针对钢包调度过程的复杂性，难于建立精确数学模型的特点，从钢包调度专家经验中提取钢包选配规则，建立钢包优化配备的优先级，基于规则和优先级混合编制策略开发了钢包调度仿真软件包，讨论了其结构和功能。为方便现场调度专家随时监控钢包的行为，开发了可视化钢包动态模拟画面，利用在线数据，进行离线仿真。经某钢厂在线测试结果表明：该软件可以提高钢包计划编制的精度，减少钢包在线调整的次数，充分利用红包以达到了节能、降耗的作用，为进一步在工程上应用奠定一定的基础。

能量集成改造的全局夹点分析法

考虑全局中各个过程之间以及与公用工程之间的相互影响，扩展夹点分析法于全局系统，提出了一种系统的全局能量集成改造方法。用该方法可进一步节省燃料或增加联产功，并应用实例证明了它的有效性。     

Oxygen consumption and biosynthetic function in perfused liver from rats at different stages of development

Changes in mitochondrial function were studied in perfused liver from rats aged 24 – 365 days. Oxygen consumption together with the rates of gluconeogenesis, urea synthesis and ketogenesis were determined. Basal mitochondrial respiration as well as the ability of the liver to synthesize glucose, urea and ketone bodies declined from 24- to 365-day-old rats. On the other hand, on transition from 24 to 60 days the liver oxidation rate of hexanoate, sorbitol and glycerol is enhanced, but not of ketone bodies or palmitate. Our results show that the transition from weaning to middle age is accompanied by defined changes in hepatic substrate oxidation. From the observed time course of the decrease in basal and substrate-stimulated oxygen consumption, it is concluded that in rat liver cells a decline in respiratory chain function, long-chain fatty acid and ketone body metabolism, gluconeogenesis and ureogenesis occurs at a relatively early life stage.
